SHIPPING POLICY

 Once your order is handed to our shipping partner, a courier will get in touch to organize a time for delivery.

It is not possible to open your package and give back to the courier to ensure the taste and quality of the coffee. If you face a problem, please follow our Return Policy.

We deliver to around 90% of our Egyptian cities. If your city is out of zone and not covered by our shipping partner, a representative from our customer support team will contact you.

Delivery is according to the schedule below. However, your our order might be take longer to be delivered on specific occasions (e.g. Mother’s day, Eid, Christmas...), or in periods of high demand (periods of sales/campaigns).  Kindly bear with us while we prepare your order for shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns Process 

 

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products and you can contact us on +201501057011.

 

The returns process requires:

 

 Return the relevant products in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging inside the box You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. 

The products must be returned in their original conditions.

 We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. 

 In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). 

In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.

Refunds 

 

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering.
